Strawberries & Cream Frappuccino... better

So, this is Brian's favorite drink at Starbucks, but it is SO bad for you. So I decided to do a little experiment to try and make a healthier version. I found one recipe, did some tweaking and made it my own... it tastes pretty good too!

1 1/2 cup(s) strawberries, rough chop
5 oz fat-free skim milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp Fat-Free French Vanilla Powder Creamer
2-3 cups ice cubes - depending on how thick you want it to be
6 drops Stevia Extract
2 tsp Nesquik Strawberry Powder
2 tbsp fat-free whipped topping

Put everything (except for whipped cream) in a blender and mix until smooth. Top with whipped cream. ENJOY!

*And there's about 119 calories in this version, as opposed to the 410 that are in the Starbuck's drink. :) Pin It
