When my doctor had me alter my diet to remove all wheat, yeast, gluten, dairy, and refined sugar it was quite a shock to my system. Then I realized that because I love food and love cooking food, why not create food that is not only good for my body but for my taste buds? It has been a journey. I hope you enjoy!
